Before you order
Can I see a sample report?
Yes. The samples page publishes two complete reports from real audits. The page-by-page analysis and methodology note are not published.
Do I need to prepare anything or provide access?
No. Nothing to install and no access to provide. We examine what your site exposes to an outside visitor.
My site is built with Wix, Shopify, WordPress…
That doesn’t matter. We measure what your visitors actually get and what search engines read, whatever technology the site uses.
I don’t know how many pages my site has.
That’s fine. Choose the plan that looks closest. We survey the site within 24 hours, before any work starts, and tell you if another scope fits better.
Can I start with A8?
Yes. A8 uses the same 9-pillar method and delivers the same three documents. It simply covers fewer pages.
My site needs a login. Can you audit it?
Yes, but it is quoted on request: the scope and the authorization framework have to be agreed before the audit. Write to us with the site URL.
The scope
Who chooses the pages?
We do. The scope follows your site’s actual structure, starting with legal obligations, then navigation and link frequency. The final report lists the exact pages analyzed.
Why pay for more pages?
A wider scope gives you more pages to check. The depth of the examination stays the same: all 9 pillars and the same three documents are included in every plan.
My site is multilingual.
Your plan covers your main language. Each other language is an option, analyzed up to the same number of pages: A25 €120 excl. VAT; A60 €300 excl. VAT; A120 €420 excl. VAT up to 120 pages, then €0.75 excl. VAT per extra page and per language. A8 does not offer it. The details are on the pricing page.
What language is the report written in?
The one you choose when you order: French or English. It is separate from the languages of your site that we analyze.
Will you test my site “from the inside”?
No. We make no access attempts, send no forms and create no accounts. The examination is non-intrusive.
Why pay when free tools exist?
Free tools each measure one part of the picture. Our work is to cross-check the 9 pillars across the site’s real pages, document the findings and prioritize them in a report you can pass on.
Payment
When am I charged?
On delivery. When you order, the amount is temporarily authorized on your card, through Stripe; it is only collected when your report is delivered. If the survey shows the scope doesn’t fit, you can change or cancel before anything is collected.
The report
Can I pass the report to my provider?
Yes. The report is yours and is written to be used by your team or the provider who will make the fixes.
Will my report be published?
Never. Your report concerns you alone. The two samples online are real audits, with the name of the site and the names of the people replaced.
Does the report certify my compliance?
No. It records facts, measurements and observable elements. It is not a compliance certification, legal advice or a penetration test.
